Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Please make sure that your billing and shipping information is correct during checkout. This ensures that you will receive your package on time and at the correct destination. L'accumulation will not be held responsible for any errors that a customer makes entering their information during checkout. If an item is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, the customer will incur all charges involved. Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. Orders from freight forwarders, cargo companies and shipping companies are not accepted.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is confirmed, your order is packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated during check-out. We offer flat rate shipping based upon the total cost of your purchase. The total cost of delivery includes shipping and handling. Please see our shipping table below.

How fast will I get my order?
We ship USPS Priority Mail originating from Milwaukee, WI. Transit time is between 3-5 days depending upon which zone you live in.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if we have not shipped your package from our office yet. To determine if your item has shipped or not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a full refund minus any shipping and handling charges.
Please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and include your purchase order number and which item(s) you wish to return. Only item(s) that are unused and in original condition qualify for a return. Unfortunately, purchases of bath or body products, original artwork or prints and sale items can not be returned due to the nature of these items.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Item(s) must be accompanied by receipt and must include their original packaging if applicable. Please pack your return items carefully to ensure safe return delivery to our offices. L'accumulation accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit or for lost shipments. Once we have received your items, we will notify you by email if your item(s) qualify for return. If your return is eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges and credit your account. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to appear on your statement.
We make every effort to make sure your package arrives safely, but if your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the item and contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make arrangements with you to either replace or refund your purchase order.
